Birth & Death

Abby was born on November 29, 2006, at 11:26 a.m. with the help of Dr. Voss at Good Samaritan Hospital. She weighed 6 lbs. 12 1/2 oz. and was 20 inches long. She died sometime in the course of labor. After her birth, a blood clot was found in her umbilical cord and the placenta had been abrupted from the uterine wall. Exact cause of death remains unknown. She was at full-term and was due to be delivered on December 11, 2006.
